How to use

  1. Before applying the dressing disinfect hands and use gloves.
  2. If necessary, irrigate the wound and remove leftover cleansing solution afterwards.
  3. Select a suitable dressing size, so that the absorbent inner core overlaps the wound margins by at least 1 cm/0.4-inch.
  4. When taking the product out of the pouch, do not touch the wound pad.
  5. Apply the dressing towards the wound. Both sides of the dressing can be applied to the wound.
  6. Secure the dressing after selecting an appropriate fixation for the condition of the wound surroundings and the skin. Films, medical tapes, bandages, or any other suitable fixation dressing can be used. While fixating the dressing, take expansion during absorption into consideration.

How to Remove:

To remove Cutimed Sorbion Sachet, remove fixation tapes, lift one corner and gently remove the dressing and discard. Adherence of wound deposits to Cutimed Sorbion Sachet is a desirable effect, contributing to wound cleansing.
